This is a digital 3D model of a Medieval-Fantasy dress design.

The style is Tar, from the area of Whirlstorm. The dress design is inspired by the shape of a whale, having the skirt resemble a whale's fluke, and the sleeves a whale's fins. As most Tar designs, this dress is made of rough materials colored in black shades, with large, visible stitches, utilizing shark leather for the belt and the shoulders.

The under-skirt is covered by a fishing net, in which shells can be added for decoration.
